Join a community run by people with mental health struggles, for people who want connection and belonging.
We run of a calendar of activities throughout the week that are accessible and build confidence, connection and creativity.
We are a volunteer-run collective for people struggling with mental health issues, isolation and social anxiety. By bringing people together, we work to break the cycle of isolation. We believe that no one should be alone and that everyone deserves to enjoy life and be part of a community where they feel valued and supported.
We are a Community Interest Company committed to reducing isolation among people facing mental health challenges. Our management team brings experience from the NHS, the police and ambulance services, community care and neurodivergence. And we all have lived experience of mental health difficulties.
We work collaboratively to offer a safe, welcoming space through regular peer-led activity groups Monday – Friday.
We run activities Monday-Friday – choose what you like or try something new!

After the closure of the Tunbridge Wells Mental Health Resource Hub, we wanted to carry on our community. We came together to create a peer-led collective that fosters connection and empowers its members to run activities and support others. We believe that everyone deserves to be part of something and the good it does to help other people.
We became a Community Interest Company in March 2026 so that we can shape the service based on what members tell us they need.
A 43-year-old man with learning difficulties and depression joined us after struggling to find suitable local services. He previously experienced crises marked by episodes of mania and unsafe behaviours, often driven by a lack of compassionate support.
Since joining the collective, he has made exceptional progress. He attends all groups, has formed meaningful friendships, and now manages his emotions more effectively with the help of our peer-support environment.
